Driver couldn't have been more helpful in putting the bag as close as was humanly possible to my back garden where it was required (A large step stopped him getting any further). I can now just wheelbarrow it through the gate and put it where it's needed. I'm no expert on soil but it looks great. Very rich and fine. No stones that I can see at the moment. "Ordered a bulk bag of topsoil on a Wednesday for delivery Friday as I needed it for the weekend. No notification of delivery. Telephoned the office they stated they cannot deliver until next Wednesday a week after i Ordered which seeing you pay for delivery and it should be next day is inexcusable. Waited in all day and needed the soil for the weekend which I am not going to get now. No contact from them to tell me this until I chase it up. Unreliable. I wonder how long my refund will take ? Will not use again."
