"Top quality soil delivered on time. Only downside is its delivered from the back of a lorry with no crane and only a mover to get it near house. mover couldnt get up the pavement so I had to move a ton of soil that day so cars could get past. All in all though well pleased and cannot wait for summer to see results of all that goodness!!"

"I ordered just before midnight on a Thursday for a Saturday pre 1pm delivery, the same week. So impressed with the service received a call from the delivery driver at 08:40 Saturday morning to say he was nearby. Excellent product unloaded in just the right spot. All hands on deck and with our dry stone wall to build and it was filled and planted by 3pm the same day. Don't bother with other people they don't ring you back stick to the guys that have the job perfected."

"It was delivered the day after I requested and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful . Not used the soil yet but it looks very good quality, which of course it should be for the price, but don't mind paying if it really is good quality."

"Ordered 4 tonne bags at 2:00pm on the Thursday and it arrived before 9:00am Friday, couldn't believe how quick it was! Delivery driver was very helpful and placed the bags in a line along the Border I wanted to fill despite a slight incline on my drive. Quality was excellent, by far the best of any of the suppliers I have used previously. Web site was really easy to use so the whole transaction couldn't have gone better... really pleased!"

Second order didn’t go through for some unknown reason but after a quick phone call to ‘Online-soil’ office the helpful staff were able to get a bulk bag loaded and delivered the same day. "This was my second bag in just two weeks! Lovely stuff. The driver was not nearly as helpful as the first one though. He produced a card - work to rule! Dumped the stuff at the bottom of the driveway. The first one had reversed the lorry up the driver and dropped the pallet on the level and then placed it in the courtyard for me. The drivers make such a difference. Some are kind and helpful and others are not.... The product itself is beautiful and I am sure my plants will love it. A third bag will surely follow."

"Requiring a well sieved soil to enable me to reseed large areas of grass, I ordered bulk turfing topsoil and have been delighted with the quality,probably the very best that I have used in the last ten years!! The hauliers were obliging and the information regarding vehicle size and time of delivery accurate. Having taken delivery on two separate occasions , I have no hesitation in recommending this product."

"Product excellent. Delivery good. However, it would be useful if the trolleys used had bigger tyres/wheels, to enable the deliveries to be made on gravelled drives. However the driver did his best to get the bags to the desired location, but we still had to empty them both immediately on arrival so as not to block a shared drive. "

"The bag arrived on time. The driver was most helpful and put it where I wanted it. He came from Romania and as so often I find that the foreign drivers are the most polite and obliging. The compost itself is beautiful stuff and I know my garden will love it. I have used other websites before but this is the best by far. Will be using it again."
