"Ordered for next day delivery and paid extra for a.m. slot, absolutely brilliant, apparently the really friendly delivery guy couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! As this was a birthday present for my daughter in law I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to check the quality but I needn't have worried, she said the the soil was just as described with no rubbish or stones, really dark and rich and she's sure that everything she's planted will thrive! As she was so pleased with the first bag I'm ordering her another today, I think that shows how pleased we both are! "Brilliant service - I ordered two bags and I had to change my delivery date twice which was dealt with kindly and with understanding especially as the delivery did arrive on the first date. When I called to say I could not take delivery the bags were taken back with an extremely understanding ‘no problem at all’ response . Superb product delivered by a wonderfully polite delivery man, very good price and top of the range service . I’ll be back for sure ."

"Ordered bulk bags of Top Soil, Border Soil and Compost I have to say the Border Soil and Top Soil were both better than described the Border Soil was dark and rich in Nutrients and perfect for what I needed. The top soil is being used to repair a large lawn and i have no doubt that in a couple of weeks we will see some growth. The sol is fine and stone free and brushes very well into an existing lawn. Very happy with all soil types including the compost - would not hesitate to buy again. Deliver was on time and the driver very helpful in terms of dropping bags off in back garden."

It was great that the delivery company was able to put the bulk bag on our driveway this time - thanks to an automated 'trolley' (there is a small slope up to the drive). In the past they have had to place the bags in the road, which has made unloading the bag a bit more of an effort!"

"Excellent service. Ordered Monday, delivered Tuesday as standard delivery (ie no extra cost). Quality of topsoil very good with no stones or weeds like other suppliers have given me. Delivery notifications were excellent - kept fully up to date with even the delivery truck registration. Delivery driver put pallets exactly where wanted on driveway. Will definitely use again and also saved a good amount based on other suppliers both in and to the North East of Scotland."

"Absolutely fantastic both product and delivery. I am experimenting with no dig on my allotment both as a soil improver and time saver. It is a big space and I find keeping up with it difficult. The one bed I have filled now looks amazing. Also was impressed by the delivery man who also sang the praises of the company. He pointed out one instance of the turf he was delivering and how well it was packaged. Another company he delivers for wraps in clingfilm and the turf turned yellow before it arrived - he found it embarrassing. The Online Soil turf arrives in excellent condition. I will be back for more and have already recommended to others."

"Easy to order and arrange delivery. Had a builders bag weight. The load was unloaded with a palette truck and helped driver to get it off public pavement. The soil looks really good. Three really small pebbles in mix, must have dropped in by accident. The proof will be if produce thrives in this soil. They should do because the product looks and feels very nice. Would highly recommend this product. Many thanks to all concerned on my order."

"I compared for awhile before making the choice. This was the best with free delivery. Easy to arrange delivery and they were able to put it where we wanted. I ordered 2 different composts and a soul improver. I knocked a star off because the bags aren’t labelled so I don’t know which is which, not a massive problem as we are mixing them, but one is more alkaline so we wanted to avoid that around our hydrangeas. I would still buy again."

The only things that didn't grow well in it were root veg: potato, carrot, onions... was our first time growing so maybe due to us rather than the compost.
